Although Laphing is a famous snack among Tibetans but it is a dish now loved by everyone. So, do not hesitate to try Laphing.

It is the laphing that are common in Tibetan community all across the country. There are two types of laphings(White Laphing and Yellow Laphing) and both could be had in two different forms (Dry or Soupy).
The jelly corn flour cake is cut into slices. Salt, garlic paste and the delicious chilly paste is spread all over the surface and served.

It is a Chaat that is specially Indian taste which is a made with tomato, onion, green chilly and a pack of Wai Wai noodle. It is then squished with lemon to make it sour taste.
Paneer Baozi is a steamed bunstuffed with paneer for the veg lovers.
Chicken Baozi is a steamed bun stuffed with Chicken for those non-veg lovers.
